POC Advocates for Families
Case managers listen to concerns and issues, assess a families’ needs, and help the client build a plan of action to meet their needs including connecting them with resources for food, shelter, state and federal assistance programs, counseling, and support. They advocate on behalf of clients and communicate to ensure follow through and satisfaction. We help families sign up for financial assistance programs, including housing and food, register for school, immigration relief and more.
