At Partners for Our Communities (POC), your generosity has allowed us to do more than provide essential services – it has empowered us to create a space where people facing hardships find a true support network, a community that feels like home.

In the last year, thanks to your continued generosity:

• We’ve welcomed countless families through our doors, many struggling with the risk of homelessness, searching for food, warmth, and hope. With your support, we connected them with more than a meal – we provided clothing, resources for shelter, and even financial guidance, giving them a sense of security and belonging.

• We helped individuals find work and stability, connecting them with opportunities and resources like a trusted friend or family member would. These connections help them rebuild with dignity and hope.

• In our Learning Lab, people from diverse backgrounds, including one expecting mother from Ukraine, have found a second family. Through POC, they’ve celebrated milestones, leaned on one another, and made memories that strengthen their resolve.

The community you’ve helped build offers the kind of support so many of us take for granted. It’s where children grow up under the mentorship of caring adults and where adults find the help they need to face life’s challenges.
